The worst service. They lie on their deliver tickets and the lady at the front desk with Braids Cynthia. Is the rude beyond anything you can imagine. Try to avoid this place.... Very dirty also... Looks like and old greyhound bus station
The people never answer the phone, always have an attitude, and ALWAYS have excuses for something. Highly recommend you don't move to this area purely to avoid the mail service. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
Completely unprofessional and lacked urgency towards the customer experience. They lost my package.
The service I received today was out of this world. Ms Miriam went above and beyond to resolve my issue. One I was greeted with a smile, then she listened to my concerns. Ms. Miriam ensured that I left happy even though my issue couldn’t be resolved right away. I was told I would hear back from the supervisor before end of day. When I say this location kept their word they did. The manager Cookie called me back and was even willing to assist me further. I did get my issue resolved in a timely manner. Thanks team for your expectational customer service. When I say above and beyond that’s what I mean. Customer service lacks in the world we live in today. And today was a breath of fresh air. Thanks to my mail carrier Ms. Pam as well for playing a major role. Your kindness today was greatly appreciated.
The absolute worst customer service. I never once raised my voice and was very patient and pleading with not 1, 2, or 3, but 4 of the front desk aids and only 1 was patient enough to hear me out and work with me finding my package. Impatient, rude, attitudes and finding every which excuse to get rid of me. It’s the closest to my house but I won’t be working with them again. Terrible experience. Hire people who actually like to be alive, these people were miserable.
