After numerous attempts to have my mail delivered to the proper address, now they just return to sender with no explanation. Can not get through phone line...........nWell it's been four days still no response from the post office can't get a hold of them nobody answers the phone,, I guess I'll just got to have to travel there tomorrow down 98 to get a response out of somebody face to face...nI finally went to the post office this past Friday 7 Days later, I was told by the counter person that the package has been returned to shipper with no explanation why. As I was venting to counter person, the supervisor brought the box out and set on the counter and said it's been sitting there for 7 days with no explanation why. I have my package today, still no explanation what had transpired
It's been more than a year since I've had to deliver a package and Barbara was the least but helpful. She didn't explain the difference between priority shipping labeling or that time could simply write the address on the box instead or different pricing options. So a 5 minute ordeal took 25 minutes. It wasn't until I was moved out of the line twice and then had the pleasure of Carl helping me and explaining my pricing options with the tracking number did I manage to send off the packages. I plan to go another post office or UPS instead next time.
Most of the time I’ve come into or called, the post office in Gulf Breeze, they have been Polite and helpful. on occasion i’ve come across someone rude, but that person may be having a really bad day, after all we’re all human. And yes occasionally my mail gets put in somebody else’s box and vice versa. This past several months has been even more stressful for the post office employees, with the Covid and the mail in ballots. So please be little less judgmental and look at maybe the way you are acting towards them.
Have been here twice in the last month and have interacted with two different female employees and both were unbelievably rude. You have to make a real effort to be as rude as they both were.
More than 2 weeks with a package supposedly sitting here. No scans no updates no nothing.
