The employees at this post office are simply phenomenal. They are professional, helpful & very knowledgeable. I have never had anything but a good experience at this location.
Extremely disappointed, I have many packages that are not able to be found. The supposed supervisor was so rude and acted like she didn't care and was not helpful at all. Now I as the CONSUMER, have to do all the work to secure my many packages which will definitely be even more painful than it already has been. I'm so disappointed, I trusted usps with confidence, but now I no longer do. Luckily I trust myself very much and will fix this myself.
If you don't ever want to receive your package or mail by all means come here! Had a package supposed to be delivered thru usps. After calling and searching everywhere they tracked it to another clwtr office and I was told it got shipped to the wrong post office, mind you well over a week after it was supposed to be delivered. 2 days later I get an update its not in Cincinnati Ohio! It would've been too much trouble to have it send to the right office. Therefore no package, no response, no customer service whatsoever! I will NEVER call with this office absinthe and I hope if you would like to recieve or send your package you use another one office or you will be very unsuccessful!
the supervisor at this location is amazing she really knows her job and she is very helpful I wish I could remember her name so she can get the credit she deserves but she is a very nice Latino woman
Horrible location!! There are one or two kind, gentleman, that I have encountered working, here. But, those ladies! Phew!!! NOT TO MENTION THIS LOCATION UPCHARGES YOU LIKE CRAZY!! I went in to send a LETTER certified return receipt, they tried getting me to pay anywhere form $16 to $30 for this. THANK GOODNESS the address I was provided was incorrect and they couldn't locate it in their system and I had to get an updated request because, I didn't want to deal with this location again!!! I wound up going to the USPS location in Oldsmar and what a blessing!!!! NOT TO MENTION THAT ALL STAFF MEMBERS WERE KIND, BUT, I gave them the SAME EXACT REQUEST and the postage was only going to cost me $6.95. THE HERCULES LOCATION SHOULD BE ASHAMED! ROBBING PEOPLE, ESPECECIALLY MANY ELDERLY, BECAUSE THEY CAN'T CARE TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY!!!
