The old lady here is vey nice. Not sure why there were so many poor comments - maybe that was a different staff
If there were a 0 star rating I would give it that. We just moved to Cataumet and had a terrible experience trying to get a PO Box. She moved me to tears of rage and I am a peace loving person. Will go to North Falmouth for my postal needs.
The woman that works here most is an insufferable human being who lives to torture others. I’ll drive to falmouth instead.
There is woman working there who should not be working with the public or for the post office. She sends people's mail back when it is addressed correctly, she makes up her own rules for post office related business, she refuses to acknowledge people standing at the window and she is generally nasty to customers. I advise to not receive mail there and use the post office in North Falmouth where they are honest, helpful and nice.
The woman who works at this post office is one of the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. She is rude, unhelpful, and an overall unpleasant human being. She has sent back three of my packages as “undeliverable as addressed” when they were addressed perfectly. It is an absolute nightmare dealing with her and she is destroying the reputation of this establishment.
