I wish I could say I've had good experiences here, but the last time I went in with a simple question looking for help, I left so embarrassed for even asking that I was crying. So very unfriendly, not helpful in the slightest, and I actually had to wait on the phone for an hour to even get through to someone and complain about the service.
Tried to make me pay for tape for priority mail! Extremely rude counter people, completely unacceptable.
I go out of my way to use this post office. The staff is efficient, helpful and friendly!
