Reviews
Every time I have personally had a product shipped to me through this post office it has been fine. However, I run a business in the area and this post office has lost two customer orders within weeks of each other. Quite frustrating as the packages were delivered to the Hot Springs post office then never arrived; they just said the package wasn’t there. I’m starting to suspect theft though I hate to say it. At the very least it’s incompetence and I wish there was a way to make the packages come through the Covington post office instead. Both packages were insured, but it is an inconvenience both for me and the customers involved.
