I know most of the employees in this Post Office, as I am a regular customer - shipping many packages here a week for my business.nThey’re always friendly, helpful and willing to let you borrow markers/pens/tape - basically anything you need that will help you have a wonderful experience.nI like this place & these guys and gals a lot - highly recommend!!

Didn’t deliver my package because the package was too big? Even though they have delivered the same item to my house before. And they didn’t bother to put the smaller item I ordered in the mailbox because it was full? I looked at the mailbox it was empty. I scheduled redelivery and it’s been a couple days and nothing. Oh yea and getting a hold of them is a joke. You want to know if a business sucks? See if they avoid their customers. They probably don’t want to talk to you because they know your are mad about their incompetent service. Or lack of service that is. USPS should stand for (useless stupid poor service)

Who were the real heroes that got our presents and items during these though times. The U.S. post office

I understand that the post office gets busy with people coming in but I wonder what is the point to having a phone line if it never gets picked up. I rarely have to call but the few times I have it just rings and rings with never a response of any kind. Just hard to understand how this is acceptable.

This office is amazing! Shout out to Ray, Josh, Sarah, and Nancy. Such a great team there. Awesome customer service skills. Even for Nikki the lady who helps with the line if possible does a outstanding job! 5 stars all the way!
