Returned my parcel as insufficient address even though it was addressed correctly to one of their own neighbors in the plaza. Ridiculous. Who makes these decisions?

I have had to call the Post Office several times wondering if my packages reached their destination. I have been helped by the most gracious of people ! I just called today about a package and spoke with Bill who was charming. Thank you from the Midwest !

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!nnThey Don't Provide STREET DELIVERY, And Everyone That Lives There Should Know That... Well Some Of Us Happen To Be Visiting Here At The Zephyr Cove Resort, For The First And Last Time, So No We Don't Know That This Is NOT A PROPER POST OFFICE And Instead Is Just Some Hut That Sells Stamps And Po Boxes.nnI Had A Package That Was Supposed To Be Delivered To Me By Christmas At The Zephyr Cove Resort, But They Wouldn't Deliver It Eventhough The Resort Claims They Get All Their US Post Mail Delivered To Their Warehouse Next To The Office.nThen, When The Resort Personnel Offered To Go Pick It Up For Me, The Retarded Post Office Wanna Be Said NO, Only I Could Go Get It.nnSo I Spoke To The Shipper And They Said That If The Item Couldn't Be Delivered It Would Be Returned To Them And When It Did, They Would Mail It Back To Me via UnPS or FEDEX, Who Have No Problem Delivering To The Zephyr Cove Resort.nI Then Called The Retarded Post Office Wanna Be And Requested My Package Be Returned To Sender. They Said NO, Because They Couldn't Be Sure That I Really Was The Receipient Eventhough I Had All The Information... These People Are Absolutely RETARTED! And To Prove It Further, They've Hold On To My Package For A Week Without Delivering It Or Returning It To Sender So That A Proper Mail Delivery Service Can Do What They Can't, DELIVER MY PACKAGE.nnThey Do Not Deserve A Single Penny Of What I Paid To Have Them NOT DELIVER My Package. I Filed A Complaint, I'm Disputing The Charge And Requesting My Package To Be Delivered By FEDEX.nThe USPS Is GARBAGE And This Station Is The GARBAGE BOTTOM

They lock and refuse all your mail if you don’t empty your P.O. Box (which is paid for unless you are a resident) every other week. This is a vacation home town people. We can’t empty our mail boxes every other week!
