It would be nice to get a package in one piece.
Some of the people and at least 1 carrier I know are way stressed out.nService is marginal, but the people are usually very nice. The Minden PO seems to be run much better.nWe have a serious problem in my neighborhood with mis-delivered mail when our regular lady, Dianne, is off. All too often we are bringing each other the proper mail. I delivered a package last night, and this morning a nice lady brought us our 7 packages!nSeems like there is no one to talk to who cares.
Never usually rate businesses with poor service but had to here. I went in yesterday and the ladies behind the counter acted as if every person was an inconvenience and were incredibly rude. I’ll be using the new UPS office with much better service from now on
I think everybody loves to give the post office a badr rap. Yes there's only one girl behind the counter and she's doing what she can. When we went to the post office the one girl politely asked 1 customer to step aside and fill out information while she helped out the others. She worked very efficiently.
The clerks are always friendly, courteous, and do all they can to get me in and out quickly. I am so glad these people and their post office are in my community.
