This post office is always losing our packages and has the worst customer services. Everything is an issue for them and the workers constantly have an attitude. I’m an adult, not a child, so I would appreciate you speaking to me like I am an adult. This Post Office needs some kindness and compassion. Just because you’re a government worker doesn’t mean you can treat others unkindly. Remember, you’re not above anyone.
The gentleman working the desk needs to be fired!! He’s got the worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with!

It's a really great small post office. Friendly staff make this post office a pleasure to keep coming back to! The post office also is situated in a great location, and there is always parking available onsite. Located in the heart of New Castle, Colorado on Main Street across from Burning Mountain Park.
