I was hesitating for almost 2 years in using the services of this USPS in Silt, I made the mistake to go and used it and update my local address just for them to loose my package, and they are so unprofessional, irresponsible and unethical people. 2 weeks going back and forward and the only responds is to transfer me over to someone else. I talk to Wendy twice never hear back from her, talk to a woman in Rifle her response was that she is busy, like if I not. They think that this is a free service and they treat people like if we owned them something. They made a mistake and the best way for them to fixed is to be arrogant and unprofessional.You guys are suck!

It’s a good thing they are subsidized by our taxes or the would all be out of a job. I do everything I can to avoid the post office but sometime ups or fedex drops stuff off to the post office to finish the Delivery. I can count on the post office to mess every delivery up. Or just deliver my neighbors medications to my box.

Some staff are friendly others are not. I asked if there were single stamps to choose from since they are important to a family member of mine and she said yes. Then handed me one and said this will have to do unless you buy a book. Just tell me you only have one kind available for singles not say yes then no.

This Post Office Station is great! Always kind and helpful. They stock things other post offices don't. Even looked after me when I was stranded for a bit one day. Lovely people!!

Can’t seem to figure out there job
