I forgot my wallet here. When I went back for it (super scared).... the front desk lady was super rude to me. I get that there was a line, but I just didn't want someone to take off with my wallet. Not cool lady!!! No people skills. 1:40 p.m 10/13

3 of my packages have gone missing the past three times I’ve had something delivered. I get messages saying my packages were placed in my mailbox. Guess what? No packages. I can’t believe federal employees would even have the nerve to steal that many packages, but it looks like they are being allowed to get away with it too. I even get messages saying a key was left in the mailbox to open the locker and when I open the locker the package isn’t even in there. I try calling but I get an automated message saying your employees “are doing everything they can?” Really? Everything they can to steal people’s belongings?

Really bad service worker’s are rude

Please improve your service. I rented a PO Box for one year. I had lot of trouble with mail, I lot got lost or put in others POBox.

I'm only in there as needed but it's usually a decent experience. The clerks aren't over the top friendly (are any of them, anywhere anymore?) But they take care of you and do their jobs well.
