Reaching a live person for an issue that's not listed on the phone tree is impossible. There is no local number to call from the website; it's a 1-800 number. If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. I was expecting a package from Europe and was given an approximate delivery date. I was contacted by the sender after the expected delivery date to verify I had received the package. 10 days after this contact, I attempted to track the package and/or request redelivery. Tracking just stopped with no updates and redelivery wasn't available. To further attempt locating this package, I'll have to take time off from work to go to the post office in person. This might be an indication I need to forego using a mail-in ballot this fall and vote in person. At this time, there is no resolution for finding my package.
I HAVE CALLED FOR 2 DAYS...THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE...
