Why do you employee agents that tell you less than the app? Ya know, if you fired them you might be able to afford interface like the other companies. If not can I receive a free paycheck too?

I have been trying to call the Johnson Post office since yesterday, but no one answered the phone.

Mistakes happen. However I am astounded by the inability to get anyone in this place to answer the phone to help rectify their mistake.nnOur mail, including two very important and time sensitive packages were delivered and then REMOVED FROM OUR MAILBOX, because after 2 months they finally decided to start actually forwarding mail to the previous owner's new address, and took our mail along with it. If I was able to reach someone and get this rectified it wouldn't be a big deal, but after trying for well over an hour I can't get a single person to answer the phone. It is infuriating. And based on the other reviews here - it cannot be blamed on COVID.

I have been trying to contact the johnston post office with know luck, I also have submitted mail that I was supposed to get never come to my box, the mail man stopped at the box had the mail in his hand and never put it in the box that was at 745 last night January 19, 2021, I submitted it not getting it on 10 i was suppose to get yesterday, this is the 3rd timecthis has happened and I am sick and tired of hearing because of covid 19, that's bull I watch the mail carriers, they never stop at the mail box if they dont feel like it

Had a great experience. I always hate going to the post office, but both people working today were super nice, helpful, and efficient.
