I encountered the rudest customer worker in my life today an older lady attending customers. Never have I had an argument with a worker. She was rude talked back to me about not having change outloud infront of people . Sorry maam for not being convinient enough for you and carrying change . No respect what so ever for the customers . She wasnt respectful at all when she was talking to me I really feel ashame for the poor customer experince . The worse experince everrr congrats.When they say respect others so they can respect you I guess she never learn those manners .

so ya telling me that nobody is in that building to answer the phone? they never answer the phone at all, i’m trying to get my package and it seems impossible dealing with them. Hire better employees!

Package couldn’t be delivered because people were working on the street when he could have just walked around . Lazy employee

I had a package which stated that it was delivered to my home. There was no package delivered. Called post office to report this. I left my phone number and was told that the supervisor, Mr. Nash was going to look into it. I took screen shot of information which showed the tracking number and that the package was delivered. Post office stated that the tracking number was not valid. I received 2 more packages recently from China with no problems. Package that was not delivered was a Christmas gift. Post office is ignoring my request for them to locate my package. I am going to file a complaint regarding this matter. I called and left several messages for Mr. Nash, still no answer.
