Ordered a package November 30th and it was brought to the providence facility on December 9th I live not even 20 minutes away from them and they brought my package all the way to Connecticut where it still sits 11 days later

I understand that COVID would change hours but please update your site so people don’t waste their time trekking to the location. A paper sign inside the location isn’t sufficient notice when you have the USPS site and even google maps where you can provide local updates. And then when I arrive at 3:55 pm, you don’t have to be rude about it.

They were extremely helpful, the Indian lady that works there went above and beyond to help me. I had my kids medicine overbighted to block island, it didn't make it in time. I had a flight to catch so she found my package as oppose to having go to block island and not having my kids hart meds. This place deserves major props!!!! I don't know the India lady's name but she needs a raise. That's how everyone should treat people.

Ive had a package sitting there since 730 yesterday morning... why it couldn’t be delivered today is why I’m so angry... you obviously have it and estimated delivery was today... bad service! There’s no reason you couldn’t have sent it out to be delivered this morning ud83dude44ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
