Please stop marking my packages as DELIVERED, when you kept it in the truck. I lost count of how many times that has happened. And it's almost always packages that are supposed to be delivered near the weekend. Is weekday mail carrier too lazy to put the package in the mailbox or leave it at my door that they just mark is delivered, and leave it to the weekend person to actually deliver it? There is a HUGE problem with mail carriers (notice I will not call them mail delivery...because no one wants to actually put a package in the mailbox, or heaven forbid, pull into my driveway and leave my packages at my door. I'm waiting on an order right now that should have been delivered yesterday. It's a 50-50 toss up if I'll even get my package on Monday. I have sat here waiting for a package (this has happened many times), and after the mail truck marked my package as 'Delivered', my husband or I have walked to the mailbox and no package..... But they marked it delivered. PLEASE GET SOME PEOPLE WHO WANT AND NEED A JOB. There is no excuse for this kind of incompetency. I can't wait to get moved out of this state.
Not sure why they have a phone number listed because they don’t answer. I’m from another state and needed a package delivered to somebody by a certain date. They scanned the package “no access” and I’ve called about 58 times trying to ask them to redeliver but they won’t answer. I guess it’s just sitting at the office. Y’all would do better to ship through ups or fedex in this area!
I've been trying to call the Post office on Scottsville road in Bowling Green for 3 hours and trying 2 different numbers that I've found for them. Nobody seems to be available to answer the phone. As for delivering packages I would give them much better reviews but as for answering the phone they get a single star.
The BG post office is absolutely terrible. According to the tracking website my package was delivered. The package never arrived. As so many others have pointed out, they will not answer the phone. I have also had bad customer service experiences when I've gone to the location. They're chronically understaffed and slow. I ordered the package from Amazon and unfortunately you cannot request what carrier Amazon will use. I would switch my service to FedEx or UPS if I could. I've never had problems with them.nUPDATE: The package finally arrived so I upgraded my review to two stars. I'm happy to get my package but their customer service still needs work.
For some reason I've always been helped by one staff member and she is extremely rude every single time. I'm kind of shocked because this is over the past few years. I avoid this place as much as I possibly can.nnIf this was run like an actual business I'm sure it would be so much better. I've never had these kind of experiences at ups or fedex...
