The reason for the 1 star is because I can't give them a 0, and the reasons, they arent doing their jobs, not listening to the people who gets mail and I live in an apartment complex and I keep getting my mail stolen and they won't do their job by at least reading our mail box letters that ask please put our mail at our door if too large to put in mailbox, and to just ring our door bell as they drop it off. That's all I ask and they can't even do that. I think the USPS needs to do some replacements, my honest opinion, thank you me.
I’ve had packages that I’ve been waiting on that have tracking delivered to the wrong address four times in the last two months I’ve made complaints but it falls on deaf ears it is ridiculous This is not a new problem it also happened several times last year
I have never had a problem with this post office. They have always been friendly and helpful.
the poor service I experienced while in Madison for 3 weeks was more in line with what I'm used to in 'big city' Indianapolis. 2 packages sent with tracking have not been scanned as departing for 3 days. I was told by the long time, female employee that she didn't scan items that aren't personally handed to her. (so much for accountability to my customers or on the part of USPS) my only hope is that they'll be scanned once they finally arrive in Indianapolis before heading to final destinations. in the meantime, we're at the mercy of the ignorant, poorly trained long time employee at the hill top post office. Merry Xmas.
Mail lady saw my dog as I was at the mailbox waiting for her. She stopped, waited for me to leave and when I didn't she left. That was fine I understand my dog looks a little intimidating so I understood. What I'm ticked about is she never came back. I'm waiting on my winter coat that was supposed to be here today and now I have to wait until Monday to get my coat. I'm cold and mad.
