Called to check on our mail being forwarded and talked to someone who was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what had been happening as well as checked in our routes and new mail carriers. Absolutely wonderful service as usual in my case. I know there are negative reviews but the expectations being put on this post office and it’s staff tend to be unrealistic. They are doing their best as far as I’m concerned.
This post office and the postal service is a joke in general. They overcharged me on so many packages b/c of their incompetence. They are now losing money from me because I now ship with fedex and UPS instead. Look where your greed got you!!
This post office unfairly gets a bad wrap. While the USPS in general has problems, everyone at the Chagrin Falls office has always been really helpful and friendly, from the clerks to the supervisor to the post master.
Very nice helpful people and the line moves quickly
Ignore the irate Karens. I've been here hundreds of times and I've never had anything but polite and knowledgeable service.
