I have dialed correct number given on web page and no one answered. Received notification about picking up package online . I cannot leave my home because of the pandemic. How do I get my package?nUsed USPS number also without satisfaction—tracking number given and no response to speak with an Associate. How is service attained? What happens to package because of inability for pickup?
Went in a few weeks ago and spoke to Debbie about an issue I had with an address change. She was very rude and argumentative with me and I ended up walking out without a solution. Called this morning and Amber was very easy to work with and understood exactly what I was asking about, problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!
One of the worst systems in the US. Not reliable, horrible service, long wait times, no answer when you call them. I own a business and I have over 100 packages just lost within there system. Thousands of dollars wasted. I wish they would get better but they never do.
I commend the Chardon Post Office front staff for their consistent and polite service during these extremely trying times in terms of increased flow of mail during a pandemic. Thank you essential workers!
