I have the best delivery person, everyone is always so nice and friendly when I go in the office as well as on the phone.
Would give them 0 if possible was notified there was mail i would need to sign for went in the following day to be told it was lost...
Books are bent in half and shoved into my mailbox constantly...including thin hardcover books. Today, I got an order of clothes from Kohl’s in the mail and the bag was shoved into my mailbox with a rubber band keeping the lid to the mailbox shut. It was stuffed in their so tightly that the bag ripped when I tried to remove it from the mailbox. Not impressed at all.
