Thelma was absolutely the most unprofessional person iv ever met while going to post offices she needs fired. Walked in she was on her phone and said how can I help you no eye contact or nothing go up and get help nothing but snippy with me won't be going to that usps again!
I had a nice experience. It wasn’t very busy at the time I was there. I had a friendly and efficient clerk. The place seemed clean and organized. There is sufficient parking and a safe atmosphere. Mailed my package and was on my way.
Twice, the post office lady refuse to put our packages inside the gate. We have a note on the door, asking that you please put all packages inside the back gate. One package was thrown in the bushes. I was out doing some yard work and noticed it. We have had items stolen from the front porch twice. This is very frustrating!
I have to continue to call and request for mail carrier not to walk on grass and the person taking call was very rude, stating this is a pandemic and all you can worry about is for mail carrier to stop walking across grass. I said yep!
This place is horrible. When there is one piece of mail to be delivered, the mailman doesn’t deliver it until the next day. I have the Informed Delivery app and I can see what should have been delivered. He doesn’t close the screen door after opening it. I have a package that he should have delivered but I know I’m going to get an email claiming that it’ll be delivered tomorrow. The reason why I know this is because it’s happened before. Thank God it’s not something very important.nWhen you call them, they’re rude. The mailman then gets wind of your complaint of him and decides to damage your home. It’s like if we complain, he will be more vindictive and enact his revenge. But if we just sit here and say nothing, we will always feel like we should have said something.nIf I could give them zero stars, I would. One star is too generous.
