This review is specific to a phenomenal individual working out of the Richmond Hts branch. Mike (the driver who does our nightly pickups on Beta Dr), is such a pleasure to work with. Very reliable! Always kind, courteous, gentleman with all our staff. Always with a smile on his face (we can imagine the job isn't that jolly or easy) he comes in, never complains if we are behind and he has to wait for us to get our sh#$ together, always offers help and never lets us assist no matter how heavy the outgoing load. With staff members like Mike, there is still hope yet for USPS reviews and customer service reputation to rise above the current standard. Thank you Mike and Happy Holidays!
Met the nicest usps supervisor here
Went to this place for postal services 12/28/19. A few minutes before closing. He scoffed at me when I asked for help mailing something. The guy said he had locked up everything early and that he wouldn't help me.. We gladly helped people at everyplace I've worked if they were in the door before we closed. I was at the counter before they closed and got treated as if I showed up 15 minutes after they closed. He was rude and unapologetic. Really disappointed.
I had a package report as “undeliverable” to my address so I called and only had to drive a few minutes to pick it up before it was shipped all the way back to California. Not saying that everyone else posting here *didn’t* have bad experiences, but I definitely had a good one. All the employees I spoke to were polite, professional, and helpful, and I can’t really ask for more.
Mr Currie is excellent- always efficient and pleasant to interact with. Always have great service at this branch
