Always Helpful...
Says they close at 5pm. Showed up at 4:45 with doors locked. I got my 4 and 2yo out of the car for nothing.
Order merchandise online was sent from company they first send my package to Indiana then to Columbus Ohio not far from me now it’s in Kentucky and can’t seem to find out when it will be here was supposed to be here on Thursday of last week the postal service is a joke and they use the COVID-19 as an excuse but can’t talk to an actual person not a problem for other mail carriers
The absolute worst office I've ever had to deal with. Lazy and stupid from top to bottom.
