Would give zero stars if I could.nMy package that was insured went missing and the situation was forwarded to management. They called once and left a message for me to call back to discuss the matter but I have called 8 times now and the phone just rings and rings and no one ever answers the phone.nHow am I supposed to talk to someone about getting reimbursed if no one will ever answer the phone?!?$?$nnUPDATE:nI finally got ahold of someone and the guy who finally answered was incredibly rude and even raised his voice at me because I politely told him that I didn't get my package, that it was insured, and that I already filed a claim on the USPS site for my missing package. He was no help at all and acted like I was lying about my missing $100 package.nDO NOT CALL HERE, DO NOT GO HERE, AND IN FACT, REPORT THIS OFFICE TO THE BBB!!!
Opening hours r 8am to 4pm. I have been at the front door and it is locked. I waited for an hour. It seems like no one is working at the building. No note on the front door. Customers are coming and leaving because the door is locked. I wonder who is the manager of this postal service location. This manager needs to be fired , have no contorl over the employees. Employees do what ever they want. Also reviews r bad and rating is very low too for bad service
Very rude & not very helpful. Door is locked during regular hours, had to call before I pulled off just find out someone was working. They did not want to be bothered. This can’t be the way the post office is represented. If you can avoid this location.
I’ve had been waiting for my mailbox key for a month now. They kept telling me to come back next week. The door is always locked during the regular hours too. Very poor management.
Not a post office . Do not go here.
