I mailed a birthday card to my son who lives in Lake Havasu City Az back in the latter part of October. He hasn’t gotten it yet!!!!! Also two weeks ago, we sent out Christmas cards. Two of them was sent near by. Three sent to Arizona. None of them has gotten to our families yet!!!nWhat is going on with our postal service?nWe get our mail but none of the mail we send gets sent!!nVery passed off customer
I’m gonna be fair to this post office because they get a lot of one star reviews when they really should be two or three. It’s not the best they will sometimes deliver our mail to our address even though they should be forwarding to our po box and sometimes they don’t give us all the mail on our P.O. Box even when tracking shows it’s there. I think they might just be overworked and over staffed. Postal workers put up with a lot and everyone there is always very nice.
If I could give them -10 stars I would. The postman doesn’t even attempt to deliver some of my packages. He just makes them as “undeliverable” even tho other packages and mail will come just fine. Seems like whatever kind of mood he’s in will determine if I’ll get my packages. I’m just going to use Amazon locker hub for now on or upgrade my shipping to make sure my packages only go through UPS. This post office is a joke and I 100% believe all the negative reviews here. STEER CLEAR!!
Worst place. Everyone is rude and incompetent. Service is horrible. Don't ever use this place! They will make multiple mistakes that will cost you a lot of money.
Second time my mail has been marked can not forward. WHAT? I have lived here for 20 years.nThanksgiving I was gone for a week. Asked for mail to be held. Upon returning went to post office to pick up mail. They didn't have any. Strange....THREE weeks later I received a bundle of mail with past due bills.nI had my mail stopped for 30 days, via online service, two days before I departed. (this past May)still being delivered 4 days later. I called. Man said he would take care of it. Nope didn't happen. Neighbor collected mail.nWorst service ever. Innis Ave
