The machine that processes smaller packages was out of order, so I had to go to the desk to ship something. The woman automatically applied tracking without asking, so I asked her to take it off, as I've never had an issue with untracked packages using the machine. So of course my customer didn't receive their package, despite being sent over two weeks ago. Probably a coincidence, but, also, stop automatically applying tracking.
The people here were willing to help me and showed kindness beyond just their job! I was able to get help in tracking down a package that was above and beyond. Cynthia is amazing!! Thank you!
They hold my package longer than any other distribution center my first class package always takes two days in their center
THIS PLACE NEED NEW EMPLOYEES AND OR NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE, WHY EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER LIKE REALLY. EMPLOYEES ALWAYS ACT LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO BE THERE TO FIRE THEM ITS THAT SIMPLE.
Rude employees. It’s as if they are doing the customer a favor by waiting on us. Today, rude employee announced “It’s 12:50 we are closing in 10 minutes”. I pointed out that the website said 2 pm. She rudely said “Temporary hours are posted on the door. It’s called COVID”. Perhaps someone from IT should spend 3 minutes updating the website to match the door signs. Employees here are not doing anything to help the USPS reputation. Go to nearby Grandview if you can. They are very nice!
