Who is charge of this post office facility???Customer service is ok but the drivers are very lazy. Drivers can deliver to right area or facility. Get rid of the Union and maybe work will get done. Out with old and in with the new
I would like to compliment the mail carriers that deliver thru the snow and rain and the summer heat! During all the snow, on Hague Ave, the carrier was trudging thru snow while cars would pass and not only splash him they also were nearly slidding into him. He was up to his waist in snow and walking up to each house to deliver the mail. I may have got his name wrong , I hope not though Mr. Keedan Griffon, who works out of the office on Georgesville rd, THANK YOU SIR!!!!
The one guy who is always there is extremely rude every time. I believe his exact words today were “If it gets sent back, it gets sent back”. This was after he refused to take a package because it was a slight inconvenience to him because he had to manually type in an address for us instead of us printing it off at home... I would love to speak to someone about his rude behavior...
I was waiting for a box with some sentimental things and the mail man delivered in the rone address. The say in the post office they gonna open a case and it's was to lost time so we can't claim the box .they send a letter saying the they need receive for the stuff that was in the box. To finish the bad service we didn't have no receive cuz I was sentimental stuuf so we lost everything in the box and the $50 insurance lost to so don't trust the usps cuz they not doing his job.
