lost many of my packages. had a family member ship a SMALL package for me that should have been shipped first class which costs $4-5. they sent it as USPS ground services and charged $14 for a small package with a sweatshirt in it. assuming they did this just so they could get extra money.
I’d give zero stars if that was an option. They sent my mail to another town after it was listed as out for delivery. Now it can’t be tracked and I have no idea where it is. TERRIBLE!!!!!! Don’t use their services if you can avoid it. Go to FedEx or UPS.
The last few times I have been to this location, Ms. Stacey has been a pleasure to interact with, she is a sweet lady who treats my packages with care. All of my books have been delivered on time using the Media Mail service.
Last week General Delivery service worked flawlessly.nnManager comes back from vacation and sends GD to another post office?nnThat post office was closed until 10 and only open until 3... FML
