I wish I could leave ZERO stars! Went here twice today, dealt with two different workers (one was the manager), and both experiences awful! The manager took my complaint personally, as if my frustration with USPS policy had anything to do with him. And the second employee refused to give me the total number of Change of Address forms I needed for my household and told me to get the rest from the main post office. If I'm able, all of my mail will come electronically from here on out. No one needs, ESPECIALLY DURING THIS COVID PANDEMIC, any additional stress about their own personal mail!!!
Said that they tried to deliver my package, but I spent most of the day next to the front door and no one ever came. Now they're telling me to pick it up in person, but I don't have time for that this week. It wasn't even a signed package.

They never answer the phone
Guess Now they changed there hrs whenever they feel like it.Supposed to stay open until 2 on Saturday and switched it to 1pm. Horrible you would think with all the bad reviews this place would get it together but obviously management is just as bad. Very sad!
