Good luck getting your mail here. They are lazy and can't deliver the mail. I live in a rural area and packages get lost but when you call to check on them they say they were delivered. The people who work here are rude and it is there way or the highway. They should close this PO down, good luck when they are actually open even. It would save the taxpayer some money as well.
We have no issues with Fedex and UPS getting our packages delivered to our porch. With USPS it has always been an issue. We have tried to speak to the PostMaster, but she is no help. We had a package that was supposedly delivered several weeks before it was actually delivered. When we called to find out about the package, they gave us a day and time it was delivered, amazing how it was delivered the next day. I agree with another post, this PO should either be closed or restaffed completely. They are rude, and no help. I don' t trust them and try to have packages delivered to another family member to ensure I actually receive the package instead of using the Clarksville branch. They can't be trusted.
I will not use this Post Office again! Mail comes back often when dropped off at this branch, but amazing when I take it to another to drop it off, there are no issues!
Clarksville post office worker is rude and they lost money order they told us we had to wait 30 day to get refund then come to find out its 60 days but every rude ppl!!!! Going to call again and see what storyline I get this time!!
We have resided at our home here in the Clarksville rural area for 40 plus years and have always have had a good experience with our Post office. Here in the Clarksville area.Our mail carrier Suzie has always provided us with great service.
