I use this post office because it's closest to me and I can park much more easily than downtown, but nearly every time I'm in line (usually between noon and 3 p.m.,) the line is out the door and based on an overheard conversation, I think part of the reason the staff are so short-tempered is that they don't get relief for lunch breaks-- or breaks at all. I once spoke to a lady who said she had been there for 9 hours with no lunch and her replacement hadn't called in. So I fully sympathize with them for being upset-- but it certainly doesn't do to take it out on customers. Management, please do something for your workers so we can all be pleasant to each other again!
First time going to this post office. Not open at said business of operation time.nI waited 30 min. since 8:30 AM and no employee showed up.
Absolute rudest people on the planet for no reason. If you don’t like your job then quit. I would gladly pay more to use ups or fedex just to be treated with respect .
They will never answer the phone.
