Some of the worst costumer service ever... Rude and unfriendly..go to the next location.
I have lived in Purchase for over 25 years and the employees at the Purchase P.O. have always been kind, polite and professional. Thanks to all of you for all of your hard work!
They have a new-ish Post Master there and he is working very hard to turn that office around. i am a business on that route and have seen him come out to deliver mail if it was left behind or our postman wasnt in that day. He is fantastic!
The service was terrible. The indian worker Mina was so rude and lazy.nThe office had to be open until 6 that day.nI walked in at 5 05pm. Mina said that she has to do the end of the day closing . She was slowly counting her money and going back and forth. there was 5 or 6 people walked after me, waiting patiently in the line ...finally at 5 35 i came to thenwindow and gave her my package . She said that i had to fill out a custom form.( the custom forms should be on the table and they were not there). Two minutes later i gave the form back and the Mina said that she has to leave at 5 45 and will not be able to help me.nMina was sooo rude and disrespectful.nShe was mean to other people that were there before me . Such an unpleasant Experience.nI won't be back to that post office.
The post office helped greatly in identifying where to locate our mailbox.nnThe postal service agent who picked up the phone knew exactly where our new mailbox should go, and described it better than even I could remember.nnVery helpful! Keep it up.
