The level of incompetence at this location is shocking. The carriers (truck) that deliver the packages are the worst. They don't pay attention to the recipients address. So, they deliver the wrong packages to the wrong address. Or, claim they delivered the package, but they actually didn't. Which is called theft or incompetence, take your pick. Then, it's your problem to try to track down that package or try to recover the cost of the item(s) that were NEVER delivered to the correct address. I can understand a mistake. However, NO ONE at this post office takes responsibility for mistakes or theft. And, to add insult to injury, they act like it's not their problem. This location is truly TERRIBLE.

If you want your package delivered, DO NOT go to this post office. Go to the one on 3300 Connor Street off Co-op City Blvd. Much better service and your package will actually be delivered on time instead of being held up at a post office in the back office somewhere for 5 days. AND..no this is not due to Covid 19, this is just how they operate on a regular.

Very rude when answering the phone then left on hold for 45 minutes

Very unprofessional when answering the phone. Whoever management is needs to address this issue or be fired i would give no stars if possible!!!

The worst they said they going to deliver a package for three days all it says its in transit. Now I got to wait in a long as line to get my package that was express shipping
