Wood-Ridge Post Office

Just had to go and do an over night mail and wasn’t sure if I should send a check or purchase a money order. The lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me perfectly and made sure I was comfortable sending my choice. She didn’t rush me and even had me take a picture of the envelope before she took it so I could send proof that it was sent. Thank you!

I called the post office to find out information on a package that is very important to me and my family that was supposed to be here and the woman there refused to even look up the tracking number and give me any updated status on it. She was very rude and disrespectful. Things gotta change

The lady at the window really needs some training in handling situations. She is very rude to all the customers every time I go in there. If you do not like dealing with people, you need to find another job.

Can you PLEASE deliver mail to right house?! 13 years of the SAME issue. You've lost birthday cards, Christmas gifts, etc. When the issue is brought to the post office attention I get an attitude and brushed off. Poor customer service all around.

Packages and mail have been delivered to wrong address on a regular basis! Every week there is a problem. When I call manager at post office all I get are flimsy excuses and I feel like they just don’t care. Credibility is 0 as I’ve been misinformed and lied to there just to avoid issue. I’ve had letter carriers that don’t even know their route. I live on Joseph Street but mail and packages are constantly delivered to East Joseph Street. So I never receive them even though they are marked delivered. Hundreds of dollars are lost. Who pays for this incompetence? Me! How unfair! Something has to be done! Merchants are tired of me calling to report packages not delivered. Merchandise not received even when tracking says they are. I smell a thief!
