Been several times and each time the clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Pointing out ways for me to save money next time I shipped something. Usually not too crowded so you won't have to wait long

I went in to get a PO Box today, the clerk went way beyond any expectation I had walking in. He assisted me in filling out the paper work in a very timely manner. I mentioned that my passport card had expired and he assisted me in filing this form quickly as well as stuffing and completing the envelope to mail in for me. Thanks again to John for his superb, professional and time saving service...

Employees are very polite, the line moves fast, I'm usually in and out in under 4 minutes so I can't complain.

Mailed out my check for the IRS/taxes on Monday August 13th w/what should've been a forever stamp. On Tuesday August 21st (a week and 2 days later) it got returned to me because I needed an additional 18 cents. My bad for thinking the stamp was a forever stamp (which I still think they were/are) but why did it take so long for it to come back to me....? Not like it was time sensitive and needed to be postmarked by Wednesday August 15th or anything. I'm sure the IRS won't penalize me...

Brandon at this location is awful. I went in to mail 25 small packages this morning containing face masks I made over the weekend for friends and family that are all essential workers and in the medical field. Brandon was less than pleasant, I greeted him he didn't say a word back, he pounded on the pin pad after processing each package to get to the next screen, when i offered to help he just put his hand in the air motioning for me to stay back (I maintained the 6ft distance the entire time) when he was finished he told me my total and to them step forward to use the pin pad, which I did. He handed my receipt without saying a word, I thanked him and got no reply. I work in retail, I will be working the next 7 days in a row and fully understand how stressful it can be to work with the public during this pandemic but Brandon was the absolute worst.
