I don't know what the people posting negative reviews are talking about. Do they even live in Merrimack? I have lived here for 25 years and the people at the post office have always been very pleasant and helpful. My mail carrier is awesome. Some people just have to gang up and go negative to make themselves feel better.
I have never had a negative experience at this post office. Every time I have needed to stop in, I have encountered nothing but polite and professional customer service. Even if there is a line they do their best to continue to help everyone as best as possible and apologize profusely for the wait. For those commenting on bad experiences perhaps it was your negative attitude you are projecting onto others. I am happy to have such a lovely post office in my town and thank you to the postal workers for their continued work.
I've lived in Merrimack for 20+ years and I've always had good experiences here! Once, my mom and I made it at the very last second to get important paperwork sent out and the folks saw us running from the car and gave us the extra minute we needed before locking the box back up. The at-home pickup option is amazing as well and a favorite of ours since the beginning of Covid. I don't mail things often but when I do I go there first.
Ever since I was a little kid I have been going to the Post Office in Merrimack. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone who has ever worked there. From taking the time to help my son learn how to send a letter with his preschool or writing the address for my grandmother who could no longer write well, to the wonderful people who deliver our mail and wave to our children as they go by. I have been to other post offices through my adult life and Merrimack still has the small town feel in an ever growing community. Thank you for being awesome!
Merrimack post office has some of the most helpful staff members ever. Pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that they help me find the best shipping rates that meets my delivery schedule.
