The one time I went into the building, the women working there were nice.nHOWEVER, I have since had packages shoved into my mailbox that were too big for the box and were next to impossible to get out. I have yet to receive a phone call back after being told by at least 4 different people that someone would reach out to me. And today all of my mail is so soaking wet it's basically disintegrating. I have never in my life had such a negative USPS experience.
They are so friendly here, Kayla even welcomed me to Canaan!! They also helped me solve my shipping predicament, helpful advice from folks who have likely seen it all. Thanks Kayla!
Claiming to not be able to deliver d/t blocked driveway or mailboxes two days in a row which was untrue. Now having > 20 packages to be delivered at once and delivery also containing some expensive equipment.
The folks there are friendly and helpful.
Very friendly rural route carriers and personnel at the office. They have gone above and beyond to deliver to our location.
