I'm 0.3 miles away from this location and they can't figure out how to deliver my mail, so I'm forced to pick it up. I had my fiance pick it up for me today, she used the drive thru because she had all 3 kids with her, 8 months, 3 and 7, and didn't want to unbuckle them all and bring them inside. The lady in the office laughed at her and told her she'd do it this time but from now on she has to come inside. Makes me wonder why there's even a drive thru if you're laughed at and mocked when using it. I guess common sense and common courtesy aren't really a thing here. If my mail was actually delivered to my mailbox like it's supposed to be we wouldn't have to pick it up! Lazy, rude and downright disgusting attitude and service at this location
Delivery guy stopped, and then drove off and said my driveway was “inaccessible” when there was no snow, or obstacles. I don’t know how u can avoid using usps but it sucks
Clerk 14 is extremely rude. Asked for multiple receipt and replied 'you get one', snide attitude.
Best post office around. Easy to get to and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't know all their names but I believe his name is Jason. Extremely helpful and accommodating. A great representative of the postal service.
I tried to call and got an automated system that was horrible. The question I had needed to be answered by a human and good luck getting one!nRidiculous system!
