Twice the male clerk with brown hair has been absolutely rude to me while mailing military mail. First about the customs form that was filled out through USPS.com (online only prints 1 copy and he said I need 5 when the PO in SW Lou said I did not need multiple copies), then now today about the large flat rate box I used. He said it was “a problem,” but wouldn’t tell me what/how/why it was a problem after asking repeatedly. Is it really so hard to be polite to people who are polite to you? Apparently for this clerk, it is.
Really defensive. I go to pick up a package according to the tracking information. The guy got really defensive and told me the item was delivered but scanned incorrectly and implied that everything was my fault.
