The different ppl at the desk will give you different answers for just getting keys for my apartment I was forced to do a change of address even though I have all my important mail go home this was only my work address. Then the next day I came in with the paperwork and didn't even need to when I'm moving in so I have to change address's back and forth just to get keys.nWhich they don't even stop the old mail from the previous three tenants to my mail box I've gotten everything from 5 ballots, VA letters, collection letters, life insurance policies to elementary school reports with all completely different names.
There is a worker by the name of Ashley Baker that texts all day instead of focusing on what needs to be done. Is this not against company policy?
Almost always a day late on package deliveries.
Rude and incoherent. Zero help, acted as if I was a child or was not able to understand. Kept repeated rudely after I made clear i understood. Will NOT be going back.
The hours they listed online for passport application was from 9-3. Little did we know when we show up at 11:20am, their lunch hours were from 11-1pm. So the actual hours are 9-11, and 1-3. Please know that before you go. They need to update that info on the website.
