Well, Noble Road is flooded again and our mail is being held. I am expecting important items along with the usual monthly obligations. I called the Annex and the nicest, most respectful man answered and helped track my things. He said they were all at the Annex and apologized for keeping me waiting. I just thanked him and told him how much I appreciated all the mail carriers. I sure wouldn't want their job....
U. S. Postal Service Letter Carrier Annex of Paducah is one of my fave places to go for held or certified mail pick-up.nnThey are a real hoot down at the Annex now! Good people that always get the job done.nnIf you go out of town and want your mail held for any length of time contact the Annex ASAP to let them know and they will do it! If you have certified, return-receipt-requested mail to pick-up and your regular mail carrier doesn't catch you at home upon normal delivery they will leave a slip in your door or in your mailbox to let you know its available for pick-up at the Annex.nnThey do a great job and provide an excellent service to this area.nnBravo USPS and Local Carriers Annex of Paducah! BRAVO.
The worst. I have had 5 packages turn up missing in 2 years at 2 different addresses. My daughters first Halloween costume, her birthday present, and legal documents are some worth mentioning. Each time I reported to them, they told me a supervisor would call and they never did. That’s a total of at least 15 trips to this place in 2 years with not ONE phone call back. It’s appalling how terrible this joke of a institution is.
This place doesn't deserve any stars. I am so livid right now. Mail person never came to my door for me to sign for my package, the notice was in our mailbox saying they attempted to deliver it. And the mailbox is way on the other side of our apartment complex. When I went to the annex and told them I really need my package, the woman laughed at me! Terrible workers, terrible service, terrible situation.
Doesn't deserve 1 star. As previously stated, this place is awful. They never answer the phone, why post it if you have no intention of taking calls? Even the main branch said they won't take calls from them! Postal clerks make great money and the main people even better. They should be held accountable.
