Great and awesome service the employees will do whatever it takes to get job done very professional service
I just called trying to locate a package I sent to Inez. An employee named Robert answered the phone and was very professional and helpful. He was able to locate the package right away.
That grey headed woman that works at the inez post office is rude to me and others and I am opening a case on her I can’t get through to ask her she would not get my package and I need it or wouldn’t of ordered it no wonder she can’t get my package she’s stays on the phone you can’t get a call through over there sick of her treating me like this
I would give less than 1 star because the customer service is beyond poor and the shipping is outrageous compared to FedEx and other mailing companies/post offices
There is a woman that works there I don’t remember her name but she is very rude, she’s not nice at all. I think her name is Samantha.
