The postal service organization is a mess. Stop taking orders if you can’t handle the demand. I have literally been waiting for a package to ship since December 4 and today is the 17th.
This post office is located on a military base thus can not be accessed by the general public. The guards at the gate politely turn you away. Alternatives are mount Clemens or Clinton township
Practically useless. Not open on Mondays and hours are limited, 9-11am. The one time I was able to utilize this very limited service, I stood waiting while three women gossiped about the male anatomy.
CANT CALL AND TALK TO ANYONE BECAUSE THERE IS OVER A HOUR WAIT.(CALL A FEW DIFFERENT TIMES) EMAILED ABOUT THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING AND NEVER HEARD BACK. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING OTHER PEOPLES MAIL AND HAVING TO GIVE IT TO THEM. OUT OF 6 PIECES OF MAIL 3 WERE FOR MY NEIGHBOR(NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
