Wish I could put a picture on here. I'm so happy the delivery driver is able to do their job correctly. This isn't the first time they have very forcibly jammed a box into my mailbox. It looks like they punched it in to fit. It was also somewhat heavy. This type of mail handling must really increase productivity. Imagine my joy, getting home, and seeing my mailbox leaning forward with a priority mail package sticking out the front. Good thing it was handled with the upmost care. I sure am glad the higher rates are paying off.(Yes, this is mostly sarcastic)
NOT friendly AT all, hours are terrible and packages take forever to deliver. If there’s 3 employees (only 1 at the counter) and 4 people in line, they won’t stop talking in the back to help out the front counter. I do not recommend to anyone, and always drive to the Howell one now even though it’s out of my way. They are much friendlier and organized.
I needed help with a package and how to mail it and the two ladies up there are super rude and inpatient, terrible customer service. I would recommend going to any other post office than this one.
I received a notice that my mailbox after 8 years is now too low. I go and measure from bottom of box to the asphalt road and it’s 41.5”, within the normal range. I received another note today that my mail is on hold due to box being low. They are clueless and need to get their stuff together.
Takes forever to get your packages delivered. Something that should take three or four days, takes three weeks to a month. Very poor post office!!! Then they cry about people not using the post office. The post office is nothing like it use to be.
