30 minutes in line. 1 counter staff.

I have been trying to call. But no answer. The carrier is always delivering my mail to the wrong address. I have had 3 different neighbors come to me just to bring me my mail. And now I'm messing very important mail. Will someone please comcont me back. Or at least talk to the carrier so this person can stop sending the wrong mail.

There's a older woman who works the desk every time I come in & she is ALWAYS so kind to me. I've never had a issue with her customer service.

Easy in and out. Clean lobby and friendly service. Wish they had a large package drop box.

There is one young man who works as a clerk who is good at his job. Everyone else has pretty much been an exasperation. I've made two reports now because mail is often mis-delivered, packages are returned for the craziest reasons including that my house didn't exist when they tried to deliver a package on Thursday but the next Monday when a different package came it was delivered to my non-existant house with no problem and by Friday another package was returned because my address didn't exist. It is so Harry Potter to live in a house that periodically disappears. I hope it makes me cool. Today was the last straw. My much needed medicine was not delivered and the tracking (which for two days said it wasn't available so I couldn't get it until tonight and now they are closed for two days) said they tried to deliver it at 6 PM last night and couldn't because of animals on my porch. Not only are any animals we have never on the porch (they are only in the fenced in back yard), but we were arriving home just about the same time it said the package was being delivered and not only were there no animals on the porch but there was also no delivery man trying to deliver the pack at 6:08 like the tracking said. There are 21 steps up to my front door and I think some carriers don't want to walk up the steps, so on the days they don't want to walk up my steps they make excuses like my house doesn't exist or there were animals on my porch. Hey, maybe the animals were Harry Potter owls and rats and cats to go along with my house that often disappears. I'm done. I'm so mad about my medicine not being delivered when I need it so bad that I can't see straight. I hope they are willing to pay for my hospital bill if I have to go to the ER over the weekend.
