Great service, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend using the Fairfax Post office location. Much shorter wait time than the Cedar Rapids branch.nnIf you are having problems with mail not being delivered correctly, contact the Wiley postal station, because your mail comes out of Wiley, not Fairfax. The USPS made that change a few years ago, and they can't correct the problems if you don't tell them what is happening!
Many many people was standing line to mail and pickup. And no one showed up for work
Post office lady literally yelled at me on the phone. I just called to ask if my package was there because the USPS customer service told me it was being held at the Fairfax post office. Still don't know where my package is.
Most of the time I get the right mail to my house. Recently though the delivery has been sub par with not getting my mail, getting others mail not only the wrong house number,but also the wrong street. Come on Fairfax!
Mail is frequently lost. The lady at the post office is unbelievable rude and clueless. It's too bad there is no other option
