I have kept my mouth shut for a while trying to be the better person. But I'm beyond livid. I'm beyond sick and tired of my boxes being locked I have been a customer for 3years I have had package come up lost or missing and no one can find them when it says it's been delivered. My account is on auto draft I have signed up for it but some how you never take it out and just lock me out of my boxs then want to charge a 20 fee per each one to reopen it back up on top of the 6 months fee. The one person I love working with who goes over and beyond here is Tyler that boy deserves a raise and a 5 star. I feel like he's the only one that cares. Last time I paid $120 for 6month with my reopening fee. I will not pay that again I want my stuff. I'm tired of the run around and being locked out my boxes every other week or having my stuff sent back. Tyler had to put a stop to that by putting a note on my boxes.nnSigned one angry customer

Great service. There was only one attendant up front, but helped everyone through with ease.
I moved to Orange Beach at the end of February 2019. I have had two lost packages and a misplaced certified letter in 4 months. The clerks may be polite but there is an issue with mail delivery.
I needed to ship several awkward items and Ty and Marion went above and beyond to help me get them packed and shipped at an affordable price. Excellent service, very clean. Very pleased with my experience!
