I wish I could give a ZERO. If you are moving to the area, get a private mail box somewhere. I could post pictures of all the mail I have received by mistake that belonged to others and I could tell you of countless times my mail went back to the sender stating return to sender because it went to the wrong place.nnSometimes, I have received mail belonging to a neighbor over a mile away. I have photographed now all the mail I have received in error in hopes of talking to the consumer affairs office of the USPS however, they don't call back either.nnI pay for a box in Lillian where the postal service is excellent. If you can get your mail there or Foley you will be better served.nnAt first, I complained to the Postmaster at Elberta, Tony Johnson. At first, he seemed to care and answered back on my complaints and then, he just stopped responding even though, he told me to tell him if it continued.nnCOVID is not the reason for the poor service. The problem falls directly on the leadership at this location since other locations don't really have the problem.nnIt is so bad that I did not submit a change of address to them because, I doubt their competence. Instead, I went to each person that sends me mail and updated the address to my paid for box in LIllian. The final straw was when I got a box delivered to the box that was 4 feet long. it stuck out on both ends of the mailbox.nnNow, I have to pay $75 for every six months at the LIllian office to have the same size box that I have on the street. Your tax dollars not so hard at work in Elberta.

We can not get anyone to answer the phone ,mail is always late or we have other people's mail in our mailbox we are missing packages. I put a new mailbox up I have my 911 address on my house and also down by the road I don't know what else I can do it seems like our postal worker could care less how they deliver our mail or packages . the mail Box when we get our packages they are damaged. The mail that is delivered to us seems like postal service does not care about how they handle our packages or mail we have a lot of people's mail from an RV park by the marathon gas station so I feel that maybe they are getting some of our packages that we have paid for and we have tracking numbers on things saying that they have been delivered .we do not have them Someone is receiving our mail

Really bad service. There was a lady with a bad acctitud. Never come back!

I called a hundred times wanting to speak with a real person about an important package I had coming. Couldn’t speak to anyone but a robot.

Why have repairs not been done to Elberta Post Office from where apparently a vehicle hit one of the supports by the front door?! This has been like this going on 2 months at least A brace was finally added after month. There are still bricks laying there for people to trip over. I know it’s a federal building but shame on town of Elberta not protecting its citizens by demanding it be repaired!! Has it even been inspected by a structural engineer to see if it should even be open for safety concerns?
