The staff here is awesome! Our home address courier is always polite and friendly! For almost 50 years they have delivered to my family at multiple addresses. It's a very nice sized Post Office. Considering that this is a small town with an ever-growing larger population, they do an amazing job! The few times I've had a delivery problem (usually the shipping label from the shipper was damaged/poorly printed) they are friendly, fast and efficient! They are very helpful with all of your needs!
I’ve been waiting for a package that was sent out before Christmas and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent in requests multiple times and called about it. They have done nothing to help me. I’ve tracked my package multiple times and has said going to be late for the past 5 days. I paid for two day shipping again the second time.
The employees in this post office couldn't find themselves out of a wet paper bag. They sent my license back not once but twice. They should all be fired or just close this office down!
Fast, helpful and very friendly even know they were so busy.
Out of all the Post Office I have been to Foley is my personal favorite. Anytime there is an issue they resolve it and have not lost any of my packages.
